I have worked as a bilingual speech-language pathologist for 19 years. I have a passion for working with kids with special needs and speech and language disorders. It excites me to see how students grow and develop with individualized and specialized instruction.

I have gained experience in both public and private schools, home-health settings, and a private clinic. I am a current member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and I am licensed by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

I have a Masters of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona, a Masters of Science in Communication Disorders from University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.

I am fluent in Spanish. I am married and have two sons. As a family, we love to travel, ride bikes, and stay active.
